I received a notice for a recall on our 2008 Hyundai Entourage and followed the directions to make an appointment online. The response was unexpectedly immediate to get me in ASAP. ( Especially after they told me and explained the vehicle had 4 recalls instead of the one I had been contacted about by Hyundai) This was opposite the negative, disrespectful, lip service only, type of customer service most Dealerships seem to offer nowadays. Francis was great to work with. Very patient, didn't try to sell me more car than I needed, followed up after I got the car to see if I had questions, explained features of my car and very friendly. I was the one purchasing the car, not my husband and Francis spent time working with me instead of directing everything to my husband. Fianance department, not so much. Added things to my purchase without telling me that I was being charged for them. Not impressed wtih that tactic. Had to have things taken off that I didn't want. Read everything before you sign. Michael was very loud, demanding, and making jokes which I felt were embarrasing and intimidating.
