I drove in to VanHorn thinking about buying a Hyundai. If you had seen the car I drove in with I'm sure you would agree I needed a bit of an upgrade. Then I was met by Fred, after a short conversation of wha you had seen the car I drove in with I'm sure you would agree I needed a bit of an upgrade. Well, the car I described just happened to be sitting be hind me in his office. I got up and new that was the one...... My overall experience with the VanHorn crew was amazing. When a young twenty-something kid drives in with a car that looks like it has been driven over, most people aren't so quick to help but to judge. That wasn't the case here. The staff was nicer then anyone could of asked for. I highly recommend given them a visit when looking for a new car. More

He did not seem “fake” like some salespeople can. I could not be more pleased with how they did business. The sales team negotiated with me to make sure I got the price I needed for my budget. They stayed after closing time to make sure all of my questions were answered and to negotiate and fill out paperwork. I was told from a friend to see Francis if I wanted to buy a new car. They were correct in recommending Francis. He really took his time explaining the cars to me. He also set up the Bluetooth for me, and programed the door opener for me. I never had a sales person take so much time out for a customer. He really cares for the people he serves.
