We found the vehicle we wanted on their website, and after doing our own research we definitely decided this was the vehicle we wanted. When we arrived, Frances was not in yet, so Tom took care of us by calling Frances at home, and then getting the car out of the lot for us to look at. Frances showed up within minutes, and answered all our questions. He was on our side the whole time when it came to financing. Honest, trustworthy, and he worked very hard for us. The finance team was straight forward the whole time also, which made the whole buying process virtually stress-free. One of the best experiences ever....AGAIN! We took our vehicle in for an engine light on. We had this fixed there and were given a loaner to use which was wonderful, this is one of the reasons why we bring our vehicle there.
