We initially had contact with Ryan Smith about an internet sale listed from the Fond du Lac store. Once Dan had an ided wht we were looking for, he went out of his way to let me see and test drive not one but two different vehicles that had the same trim package and colors that we were interested in. Dan was very well versed in all of the vehicle options and took his time to answer our questions, even thought it was getting late in the evening. Mike Leon went over the buying vs. leasing options with us, explaining the pros and cons of each which helped us to make the right decision. Mike Burgess had all the paperwork ready that evening for us to sign before we left the ldealership that evening so that the car could be picked up the next afternoon. The overall experience was very positive. Everyone was very friendly and it was clear that they wanted our business and our future business because they believed in the value of their cars. I have been heled by both Scott and Brian many times. Whenever I come in for service or with a queastion, they are very helpful. Recently the rubber came off of my back windshield wiper on the weekend. Whenever I come in for service or with a queastion, they are very helpful. I do not recall which one helped me that day, but they immediately found someone who went with me to the parts department to get the needed replacement piece for the wiper. Before being referred to Van Horn, I had spent about two weeks searching the internet and every car dealership around trying to find a good used vehicle that stayed within my budget. I happened to be traveling for work in Sheboygan and was referred to this dealership. I found Jim to be not only helpful, but a pleasure to work with. He took the time and listened to what I was needing, but also just made me feel at ease. So much that I called my husband that night to tell him I bought a car and that we needed to travel back that weekend to pick it up, a 2 and a half hour drive! That weekend, with our kids in tow, we went back to Van Horn and had a smooth buying experience that was easy for the whole family. My kids really liked the lounge area with the cookies and Keurig!
