Dear softtail2003, When you were in for service on 12/30/15 your paper work was marked as a waiting customer. While performing the free 34 point inspection it was determined that there was a bulb burnt out on the vehicle , We attempted to look for you on the dealership property calling the phone # on record n/a ,and even paging over dealer intercom. We had made every attempt to contact you for the approval to change the bulb. Due to the time constraints that the last appointment of the day holds the service advisor made a judgment call and approved the bulb replacement . Upon your return the service advisor greeted you and immediately explained the whole situation with the bulb to you and stated if your not happy with the decision that was made to replace the bulb that he would gladly remove the charges from the bill. The advisor was told that it was fine that the bulb was replaced and that there was no need to alter the bill. I assure you our intentions are to do the correct thing by our customers; So I invite you to contact me at the dealer ship to discuss this situation. Thank you.
