Excellent customer service by the service manager I had hit a deer and my car was in the body shop for repairs. The day I picked my car up was a very hectic day for me. He went above my expectation to remedy the issues with my car, that by the way were not the fault of Van Horn's. I had my car back the next day good as new. He ran me down I stopped in to purchase a cargo net for the back of my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
