I purchased a Sonata from Van Horn. I saw on this site that Bryan Christie had multiple good reviews so I specifically asked for him. I am happy to report that Bryan lived up to the hype: he was knowledgeable, friendly, and respected our time when we went in for a test drive. Bryan was also excellent in having no-pressure and candid pricing discussions about the Sonata. No pushy salesman stuff that everyone hates. Just factual details about the price. To top it off, I made things complicated by purchasing the vehicle remotely, without going back into the store directly. Despite this, Bryan was superb in his communications and very patient with me when I wanted more detail or information about how to do this process. Finally, Van Horn delivered the vehicle to my driveway for no extra charge. Everyone throughout this process was a delight, even the finance guy, Tyler, who deserves his own shoutout. If you're reading this review, you know what I mean - finance guys can sometimes be a different breed - but Tyler respected my answers and was consistently polite. My market research shows that I got this car at a good price. I made the process complicated, and yet I ended up with a great experience because the folks here wanted my business and put in the work to make it happen. I can see why this dealership lives up to its high rating. More
