We just have one question when we were dealing for the new vehicle - we were asked for a $500 retainer from Van Horn Hyundai to proceed to find us the vehicle that we wanted after we gave them the okay to purchase this vehicle which we completely understood. Then when it was determined that we were not going to finance, all at once the dealership wanted the balance of the price that we had decided on and we didn't have a vehicle for us to see what we were paying all this money for. They already had our $500 to bind the deal which we thought would be our payment until the vehicle arrived in Fond du lac. Of course we had to go to the bank to transfer some funds and proceeded to bring in the balance of the purchase price via another check the next day. We did worry about paying all this money at the beginning and through the week until we received our vehicle 5 days later sight unseen.
