Purchased a Lincoln MKC from this dealership, made an appointment for repairs and was told when I arrived that the car was still under manufacturer warranty so I would have to take it to a Lincoln deale appointment for repairs and was told when I arrived that the car was still under manufacturer warranty so I would have to take it to a Lincoln dealership because they could not do the warranty work, even though they gave me a 3 month warranty. The man in the service department called another dealership to make sure the car was under warranty, and told them what I told him was wrong with the car and said I doubt that’s the problem, basically calling me a liar. I took the car to a Ford dealership of my choosing and got both issues taken care of and to be clear it was the struts and the oxygen sensor. So if you purchase from VanHorn beware. This car supposedly had an inspection done before I purchased it . And according to inspection all was fine. Thinking I have grounds for a law suit. More
Bought my son a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Van Horn Hyundai I was issued a 30 day temporary plate I paid the Pennsylvania state tax and plates and was to receive them in the mail it is now almost Horn Hyundai I was issued a 30 day temporary plate I paid the Pennsylvania state tax and plates and was to receive them in the mail it is now almost 60 days later Pennsylvania still has not received the title for this vehicle I cannot legally drive it I called the dealer for help and all I get is the run-around I have left with no other choice then to take legal action my advice is to stay clear of this dealer especially if you're an out-of-state buyer because obviously they don't know what they're doing or they are mishandling titles or doing something illegal with titles More

These guys are complete liars. Be especially careful if you come in from out of town because they take advantage of the fact you will let broken promises slide to avoid another trip. Here's a summary of lies I was told: 1) I was not made aware of a $500 service fee until I looked over the purchase order I needed to send to the bank to get my loan. I went to pull out of the deal and the sales manager threatened to keep my deposit. He only relented when I threatened to turn him into the AG. We only continued forward with the purchase because my wife already fell in love with the car. 2) Sales manager promised to fix paint chip on the car. I even confirmed on multiple occasions it was fixed before driving up. If they did anything to it, it was only a bit of base coat. 3) Sales manager offered me a bottle of touch up paint. It has not been delivered and he will no longer return my calls. I realize items 2 and 3 are minor, but if you can't trust a dealer with the little things, you can't trust them with the big things. This is the first time I've had a bad experience buying a car. More
