Nice to deal with honest people I bought a car from van horn 9 months ago. At that time I didn’t dicker on the price or ask for anything but a full car detailing coupon. They agreed and gave me the coupon but as with any coupon it’s only as good as the dealership printing it. The coupon didn’t specify if it was to detail the interior or the exterior or both or if it included a wax job and honestly was pretty generic. When I took my car in 9 months later with nothing more than a piece of paper coupon that they printed they did a great job and had the inside and outside looking great and they never tried to hit me up for money or anything. They just did a great job and honored what they said, even after 9 months. Any dealership will promise you the moon and stars to close a sale but how many places deliver on their promises when months have passed and there is no commission to be had?? I sent an email Josh text back I ask if they could do an offsite trade he said yes. So I filled out the application on line and everything went through over text messages. Then he had a couple of very nice gentleman deliver my car to me in Georgia all the way from Michigan now if that isn’t outstanding customer service I don’t know what is.
