Not very impressed I took my 2018 Sonata into the dealership to have the computer reprogrammed for a recall (performance improvement campaign). I also had rust forming I took my 2018 Sonata into the dealership to have the computer reprogrammed for a recall (performance improvement campaign). I also had rust forming on the inside of the trunk. The service manager inspected the rust in the trunk and said he would contact me to set up an appointment to have their body shop repair the rust and arrange for a loaner vehicle. The manager never contacted me. I called the dealership five days later during regular business hours and received no answer. I left a voice mail message however the dealership never returned my call. I was not very impressed with their level of service. More
