Great leasing experience My lease on my 2013 Hyudai Sonata was coming due in a few months. I had leased my vehicle from another dealership and had called their sales manager, My lease on my 2013 Hyudai Sonata was coming due in a few months. I had leased my vehicle from another dealership and had called their sales manager, who never returned my call. I stopped at Van Horn, which is the closest dealership to my home to begin my research on a new car to lease. I looked around the lot and narrowed my choice to. a Sonata SE or a Sonata Sport. I went in and met Keith a salesperson. He was extremely personable and very knowledgeable. When he said he had been at this dealership for 8 years I knew I had someone with experience which was important to me. He rode with me on both test drives and explained what features were similar and what was different. He made sure I had plenty of information on the vehicle, yet didn't pressure me. We talked about my lease and gave me his best offer and would genuinely like me to give this dealership my business. I had only come for a test drive, but an hour later was driving home in a new car. The dealership is clean and well laid out. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel that they wanted my business and would take good care of me and help me in any wat they could. Would definitely recommend this dealership More

Predators I came in looking to trade in my car. Don't have the best credit and needed the new vehicle because my old one was about to fall apart. Told them I di I came in looking to trade in my car. Don't have the best credit and needed the new vehicle because my old one was about to fall apart. Told them I didn't want to drive all the way unless I could finance. Came in with the understanding that the car was 5500. Since I couldn't finance anywhere else they gave me some trumped up reason that that the did some work in the past 24 hours and they couldn't finance unless there was a certain balance in order to help build my credit. So there I am car about to fall apart, probably shouldn't even drove in the first place and the only way to get a new (used) car was to pay way more than I should have. Not to mention trap me when I'm signing the papers to tell me the new price. Predators. More
