There where problems from day one and they took advantage of me. They where extremely pushy and I tried multiple times to say I'm coming back later and they just kept trying to make the sale. Every time I called they where extremely rude and now my father is involved and not very happy. He used to sell cars and is very disappointed in how they did business with me. I have never been rude to them or anything and every time I called or went in they acted like they didn't wanna deal with it and where rude. I will not be buying another car from them ever again. They put customers first! I have nothing but greasy things to say about Van Horn Hyundai of Fon du Lac! Mike, one of the managers, really went way out of his way to find us the I have nothing but greasy things to say about Van Horn Hyundai of Fon du Lac! Mike, one of the managers, really went way out of his way to find us the right vehicle after being burned by another dealership. We had found a vehicle we really loved at a location two hours away and he sent two drivers to go pick it up. Some unfortunate and unethical events happened on the other dealerships end and I was extremely upset. That's probably and understatement actually. I was beyond upset. Mike stayed late and found us a vehicle that he felt would be a great fit for us in a matter of hours. He emailed me all of the information and then brought it here from Michigan!! He strives to live up to the dealerships saying "where it's all about you!" He most definitely surpassed that punchline and really proved to show that he runs a nontypical dealership! When the vehicle arrived my husband and I came to test drive it and Robby was there to help us learn about the vehicle and allowed us to test drive it! Our test drive took a little longer than expected and Robby had to attend to some family needs so he had called me while we were test driving to let us know he was having Trevor help with any questions and paperwork! Trevor was also amazing and got all of the paperwork to finance for us to sign and hand over our check! Nik in financing helped us finish up the deal and made it simple and speedy! I have never had such a pleasant experience at a dealership and we will be coming back for any and all of our future vehicle purchases! I should also add that Diedre and Brittany had phenomenal customer service when they were helping us get to the right people to help fulfill our needs!
