Lights Out I purchased a used truck from this dealership under very high pressure circumstances. After arriving home, I discovered the passenger door did not unl I purchased a used truck from this dealership under very high pressure circumstances. After arriving home, I discovered the passenger door did not unlock. Odd, I thought, as it was supposedly inspected quite thoroughly prior to being put on the lot. I later discovered the high center light was not only a non-working LED light, but also illegally tinted. After going back and forth with the sales staff, I was sent a replacement light for me to install. It was also discovered shortly after that the forward facing roof lights did not work. I discovered that the switch which connects the lights was not even attached to any wires. After being given the run around and not hearing back from numerous parties at their dealership, I was told by their Sales Manager that my expectations were too high. Apparently it is not a realistic expectation that a $30,000 vehicle be inspected and have working lights. I would discourage anyone who considers going here to rethink their decision. They put on a good show before you commit, but that is about where the concern ends. More

We chose which truck we liked and they had us financed right away. They were very accommodating in any way they could possibly be. We will definitely go back and we highly recommend this dealership to whoever is looking for their next vehicle. Communication is Concerning I contacted Van Horn by phone to inquire about a vehicle listed on AutoTrader. I spoke with Kayla, who took information and was going to return my c I contacted Van Horn by phone to inquire about a vehicle listed on AutoTrader. I spoke with Kayla, who took information and was going to return my call. She did not. I followed up the next day with another call to Kayla, and again, did not get a call back. I decided to drive from Green Bay to check it out in person. We worked with Keith on a test drive. He was friendly, helpful and professional. We decided to purchase the SUV and Keith and Brandon stayed 1 hour past their business hours to close the deal. Would have been a 5 star rating at that point. They delivered the car to us the next day, but forgot the floor mats. Simple issue, but the communication was terrible again. I was repeatedly told by Keith that they were being delivered, but they did not show up and the only updates I got were when I called or emailed to follow up. Otherwise, we were left in the dark. Finally, after a simple thing became very frustrating, I involved another sales manager (Kevin) who had the floor mats sent immediately (9 days after first promised). This lack of communication concerns me that any future issues will not be handled well and bring additional frustration. Failure in simple customer service courtesy brought them from a 5 star rating to a 2 star rating. More

That being said the other options were not "up sales" rather the opposite which was nice but I was heart set on a rubicon. Nice work Van Horn I appreciate your diligence. More
