We spent time researching online, looking at private sellers and dealerships the past two weeks. All with no luck. Tuesday while having lunch together we were looking online at a car she had found at Van Horn that she wanted to go look at I happened to find a Trail Blazer that I also liked. Not really thinking I'd even be looking for a vehicle now. A few emails and a quick chat with Kayla and we were set for an appointment that evening with Trevor. I admit that I was not looking forward to another outting looking at cars, to Fond du Lac, especially in the rain. When we walked through the doors at Van Horn we were greeted with a freindly "hello, how may I help you ". We said we were there to meet with Trevor. Trevor immediately greeted us, offering us coffee, hot chocolate, water,pop. Trevor sat down with us and listened and answered any questions. Trevor had both vehicles pulled up when we arrived and explained a few of the basic information and we were off for test drives. My daughter loved the PT Cruiser and Trevor worked with her and for her to get her into a "new" use vehicle and to get the price to exactly the dollar amount she had from the insurance. I also really liked the Trail Blazer but with my not so good credit I was unsure if I'd be able to secure financing. Josh took the time to explain everything and every step of the process. I was approved and also a ower of a "new" used vehicle. When we first arrived at the dealership I thought it would be another experience with pushy sale people but soon after arriving that was all that was, just a thought. Van Horn is a dealership like no other we've been to. All the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They made the car buying experience go from as bad as going to the dentist tto PAINLESS & FUN!!! Brittany's warm and bubbly personality as she went over our welcome packets was refreshing after a long day. From the moment we walked through the doors until we pulled out of the lot with our "new" used vehicles we we treated like family! Hats off to Trevor and the rest of Van Horn team for making our car buying experience so positive!!! We will recommend a trip to Fond du La to any family and friends thinking of purchasing a vehicle. I am very glad I chose Van Horn of Fon du Lac because my salesman, Trevor, was great! He wasn't pushy, let me look at the vehicle i had chosen and answered all my questions. The management worked out a deal that was to my liking rather quickly, and painlessly. The dealership showroom was inviting and everyone working made it very pleasurable to be there. The service department was also spot on. I had a couple warranty issues pop up and they fixed it fast with no questions asked and gave me a loaner so I could go back home. I highly recommend that everyone visit Van Horn Hyundai of Fon du Lac for their next vehicle purchase. More

More than I expected. I walked into Van Horn Hyundia of Fon Du Lac with a "what if" scenario in my head. I was not completely happy with my 2011 Hyundia Tuscon GLS and was I walked into Van Horn Hyundia of Fon Du Lac with a "what if" scenario in my head. I was not completely happy with my 2011 Hyundia Tuscon GLS and was looking for something quieter and techyer. The car that I originally wanted the banks would not finance due to negative equity, but Beau Brown was able to get me into a BRAND NEW 2015 Hyundia Sonata Hybrid, Limited, for a manageble rate and I drove home that night with my new car. The Service was excellent across the board. Beau was very knowledgable and helpful. I met Brittany, Trevor, Brandon and Tim that night and they were all super friendly and helpful. I love the new car, cannot stop driving it. I hope to have many good years with this car.
