The management worked out a deal that was to my liking rather quickly, and painlessly. The dealership showroom was inviting and everyone working made it very pleasurable to be there. The service department was also spot on. I had a couple warranty issues pop up and they fixed it fast with no questions asked and gave me a loaner so I could go back home. More than I expected. I walked into Van Horn Hyundia of Fon Du Lac with a "what if" scenario in my head. I was not completely happy with my 2011 Hyundia Tuscon GLS and was I walked into Van Horn Hyundia of Fon Du Lac with a "what if" scenario in my head. I was not completely happy with my 2011 Hyundia Tuscon GLS and was looking for something quieter and techyer. The car that I originally wanted the banks would not finance due to negative equity, but Beau Brown was able to get me into a BRAND NEW 2015 Hyundia Sonata Hybrid, Limited, for a manageble rate and I drove home that night with my new car. The Service was excellent across the board. Beau was very knowledgable and helpful. I met Brittany, Trevor, Brandon and Tim that night and they were all super friendly and helpful. I love the new car, cannot stop driving it. I hope to have many good years with this car. Great Personalized Service I made the appointment to look at 2 cars. When I got there, Trevor had 3 for me to choose from within my budget. Best car buying experience ever. My husband and I drove from Appleton to Fond du Lac to look at a used vehicle. We arrived about an hour before closing; I expected to just obtain an My husband and I drove from Appleton to Fond du Lac to look at a used vehicle. We arrived about an hour before closing; I expected to just obtain an appraisal on our trade in, grab the VIN# for the vehicle were were looking at, and work with my bank for financing (and drive back another day). Instead, Robby offered to run the financing through their banks and not only were we able to secure a loan and drive off the lot the same day, but my husband and I had the shortest car buying experience ever! With two kids along for the ride to "look at" a vehicle, you do not know how much this was appreciated! And your dealership was very clean - from the bathrooms to the service area and waiting room. My kids enjoyed the cookies and we were able to watch the Badger game while waiting for the paperwork preparation. All staff passing through the waiting room was very friendly - asking if we needed anything, telling us to have a great weekend (as some left since we were there during closing time) and giving my kids more cookies!
