Best car buying experience ever. My husband and I drove from Appleton to Fond du Lac to look at a used vehicle. We arrived about an hour before closing; I expected to just obtain an appraisal on our trade in, grab the VIN# for the vehicle were were looking at, and work with my bank for financing (and drive back another day). Instead, Robby offered to run the financing through their banks and not only were we able to secure a loan and drive off the lot the same day, but my husband and I had the shortest car buying experience ever! With two kids along for the ride to "look at" a vehicle, you do not know how much this was appreciated! And your dealership was very clean - from the bathrooms to the service area and waiting room. My kids enjoyed the cookies and we were able to watch the Badger game while waiting for the paperwork preparation. All staff passing through the waiting room was very friendly - asking if we needed anything, telling us to have a great weekend (as some left since we were there during closing time) and giving my kids more cookies!
