Happy in a Hyundai I stopped by Van Horn Hyundai of Fond du Lac with the intention of getting my 1998 Jeep looked at and fixed up a bit. I had been looking for a newer u I stopped by Van Horn Hyundai of Fond du Lac with the intention of getting my 1998 Jeep looked at and fixed up a bit. I had been looking for a newer used car online for about a month at this point, and my parents had stopped by Van Horn and test drove a few vehicles they thought I would like. While the service department was taking a look at my jeep I was able to meet with Travis, who showed me both the vehicles my parents had looked at as well as several others that I had found online myself. Travis was awesome, and was more than happy to show me just about every other car on the lot! A friend of mine had told me to look for a Sonata because she really liked the vehicle herself. After driving a Jeep for the last three years or so, I had no intention of downsizing to a Sonata. However before I could even test drive it off the lot I was in love. Travis let me take my Sonata for the afternoon while my Jeep was busy getting fixed, which really sold me on the car. I quickly realized that this vehicle was something I could see myself driving! As Fall begins to disappear and Winter begins to creep up on us I am incredibly thankful that Travis insisted that I go with the Sonata which had heated seats as a feature. While I was car shopping I did not think that was a selling feature I was concerned about, but I sure am thankful I have them now! I am so incredibly happy with my 2013 Hyundai Sonata, and I sometimes still have a hard time believing it is my car when I walk out to the parking lot! My experience at Van Horn was wonderful! Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly! I wasn't expecting to buy a car when I drove into Van Horn, but I could not be more happy with the purchase I made! More

The prices on your vehicles are also really close to blue book prices which makes buying much easier and more affordable. More

I was pleasantly impressed with Travis' follow through after the sale. He was able to put me in touch with my vehicle's prior owner to discuss operating the manual transmission. Being able to have that conversation really gave me the peace of mind I was looking for. No questions asked on the trade of my old Prizm. Professional transaction and negotiations. The excellent coffee was a nice perk as well. I was overall satisfied with the experience and would recommend Van Horn to a friend. More
