simple, straight forward and they HAVE cars! They had a TREMENDOUS amount of inventory. I easily found exactly what I wanted, they gave me a VERY fair price on my trade and I was on the road with my new car in a few hours. I had come prepared to use my own lender and wasn't that interested in going through their financing, but at the end of the day, the also saved me 1% in interest. Best experience ever! I was looking for a Durango with few miles and a great price. I found it online at Van Horn Hyundai. Exceptional Experience!!! I have never bought a Hyundai vehicle. We bought our last 5 vehicles from the same person whom is no longer at the dealership. As a result, I needed to find a new person to work with. I was referred to Travis DaPra and I was amazed at the above and beyond attention to my needs!! NO pressure, no BS! I have walked out of more than one dealership due to pressure. I had some specific needs due to health issues and Travis surpassed everything I requested! His ability to listen and go out of his way to meet my needs has assured me that I will always come to him for all my vehicle needs. Prior to leaving, I asked for extra business cards. By the time I picked up my Tucson, I needed more cards to pass out. This young man will obviously be very successful. He has a gift of gab with the ability to adjust to the person he's dealing with. He flows from one subject to the next, yet answers all questions. In addition, he'll point out things you didn't think to ask for. If I have to point out a negative, it would have to be that I hadn't met him sooner. After driving for 40 years, I've bought more cars than I have left to purchase.
