Best experience ever! I was looking for a Durango with few miles and a great price. I found it online at Van Horn Hyundai. Brandon (finance guy) answered all my "listed cost" questions prior to me even seeing the car. I made a 2.5 hour trip to test drive the Durango. Exceptional Experience!!! I have never bought a Hyundai vehicle. We bought our last 5 vehicles from the same person whom is no longer at the dealership. As a result, I needed to find a new person to work with. I was referred to Travis DaPra and I was amazed at the above and beyond attention to my needs!! NO pressure, no BS! I have walked out of more than one dealership due to pressure. I had some specific needs due to health issues and Travis surpassed everything I requested! His ability to listen and go out of his way to meet my needs has assured me that I will always come to him for all my vehicle needs. Prior to leaving, I asked for extra business cards. By the time I picked up my Tucson, I needed more cards to pass out. This young man will obviously be very successful. He has a gift of gab with the ability to adjust to the person he's dealing with. He flows from one subject to the next, yet answers all questions. In addition, he'll point out things you didn't think to ask for. If I have to point out a negative, it would have to be that I hadn't met him sooner. After driving for 40 years, I've bought more cars than I have left to purchase. He is indeed an asset to his organization. Should he leave for any reason, I would follow to wherever he was working for any future purchases. More

Fast-forward 10 years and the only things that really changed were the people. Josh and especially Ryan did a fine job of giving my wife and I several different options for a purchase or lease. There wasn't any pressure tactics. They both gave us ample time to talk about our options privately. We ended up driving away in a 2015 Sonata.
