Our used car purchase experience at Van Horn I called the dealership the day before our visit to let them know we were coming to look at an 2007 Outlander. They called the next morning to confirm our visit. When we got there the vehicle we wanted to see was not ready so we looked at several other vehicles. After about 15 min. they drove the Outlander out for us to see. We noticed immediately that it was not yet detailed but drove it anyway. We liked the vehicle and asked for pricing. We agreed to the pricing with the provision that the brakes would be served and the it would be detailed. All of the arrangements took longer than we thought was necessary. However the vehicle was delivered the next day with new brakes and it was detailed very well. Also we received a working remote key in a week and had it programmed at no charge to us. Besides the long waits we enjoyed dealing with Travis and are satisfied with the deal. More
