We took a Hyundai out for a test drive a couple of years ago and liked it very much then but we just weren't sure about doing a lease. Now we decided to take another test drive and we really liked the ride very much. We also decided to try the lease option and see how it goes. We went with the higher mileage option just because we have two kids in college and with them both being home for the summer, we don't know where summer jobs will take them. Our experience with this dealership was very good. Trevor was a real pleasure to work with. More

He also ordered 2nd key for this vehicle at dealer expense and is having it shipped to us at no charge (and these keys aren't cheap!). We also received exactly what we asked for on our trade-in. Absolutely all needs were met relative to this purchase... we were even given a fresh wash and full tank of gas before departing for the north woods. At first, I was hesitant to take the two hour drive from 60 mi. north of Green Bay to get to Van Horn in Fond Du Lac...but I am very glad I did. this company is full of S.... I went on December of 2013 to buy a ford Edge 2008 limited, I ask for the car ans they got it for me so I went to test it, everything was fine up to t I went on December of 2013 to buy a ford Edge 2008 limited, I ask for the car ans they got it for me so I went to test it, everything was fine up to that point, then we were negotiating ad the dealer took the keys away from me agave them to another seller to try to sell the car, well i felt that was a disrespectful move so i took the keys of my car and I left, after i talked to my wife about the car and she ask if we can go see the car again, so i agreed with her then we got into a deal and we made a trade and bought the car, and there is were the problems started. first the tires didn't remain inflated for more than a week so we went to another place to check the tires and they were mounted incorrectly and two of the rims were perforated so we had to pay to fix them, then thing got better and summer came along, and oh surprise the A/C is not working, had to pay 1700 to fix it, thing keep going downhill in February of this year i had to put a new battery in the car because it had a battery older than the car, so we decide to trade the car for another SUV and while in the process the other dealer company told me that they would not give more than $9000 for my car because it has two accident in the record and one of those had and Airbag deployment, so that means that the car was in a really bad accident, this information was never shared by dealer and the manager from Van Horn now i have to assume the loss of the money so i can sell the piece of junk they sold me. is unethical from a person and more a company to sell cars in this condition and dont tell the buyer the history of the vehicle, and oh surprise they are not accredited by the BBB. dont waste your money in a company that is going to sell a piece of junk, that money can be used in other dealers like bergrstrom or russdarrow or holiday they actually care about you as a customer and they wont sell you damaged cars More
