And to my surprise when I hopped in my new vehicle to drive it home...there were 2 bottles of water in the cup holders and a box of chocolates on the passenger seat! That was definitely a first. No other vehicle purchase came with extra thank you gifts. I would definitely recommend Van Horn Hyundai of Fond du Lac! More

Eric was great to work with but when we went in on a Wednesday evening it was like he was the only salesperson working...he was juggling us along with several other customers. What should have been maybe a 30 minute to 1 hour process was going on about 2 hours when we finally had to say that we had to leave as we had an hour drive home. Also, we felt the tires on the vehicle were NOT anything that should have been sold with the vehicle...they were described as "good" but these tires will need to be replaced almost immediately. That said, in all fairness, when we pointed this out, Kevin Miller finally took off $200 to help offset the cost of new tires that we ultimately paid $500+ for. Kevin Miller was also great but it took an inordinate amount of time for him to get us something he promised us at the time of sale. We had to contact him by email more than once to check on the progress of this item. We did ultimately receive the item, though, so all was good...at last. Lastly, we want to mention the finance guy (Mike???) was great to work with and very enjoyable to interact with. G. and C. Blamer More

In for an oil change, Out in a right size 2015 SantaFe I have been a customer of this dealer ship since March 2013 when we traded in our old 99 TownCar for a new 2013 SantaFe Sport. Brandon Neilson was the I have been a customer of this dealer ship since March 2013 when we traded in our old 99 TownCar for a new 2013 SantaFe Sport. Brandon Neilson was the salesman then, now he has been booted up the ladder to Finance Manager, Yea go Brandon! Our 2013 SantaFe was fine, until we went out to N.M. last year. Sadly my E.O.L. medical patient, his service dog, wheel chair, medical equipment, and our luggage required some very creative packing to fit everything in for this, "bucket list trip," as my patient and I call them. 3,278 miles later we were safely back home, my patient's service dog quite done with the whole ordeal, she had the worst seat for all those miles. She was cramped in the back seat, with the electronic medicine cooler blowing hot air on her the whole time. I told Brandon when I bought the car I wanted the largest SantaFe they made at the time, that is what he sold us, and it was bigger than the TownCar just not quite big enough. Long story short I took our SantaFe in for service May 1st, Brandon got me straightened out on SantaFe vs, Vera Cruse, and Robbie showed me the larger SantaFe Ultimate, they had a silver one he told me had been around for a while, and they just pulled it into the show room. Robbie let me drive a Black one, with captains chairs for the second row and I told him it was nice but Lacy, the service dog, needed more room, plus I could just see her slipping off into the area between the two seats if I turned right too fast. I went back inside wondering how much longer they were going to take with my 2013. Robbie comes back over to me asking for the insurance papers, why I ask, he told me they were about ready to get me out of there in the Silver 2015, not much longer after that I was on my way home in it. Hopefully this year I will be able to take the two of them to Arizona to see the Grand Canyon, everybody should see that before they move on. It's not very often, more than two years after you buy a car, you return to the dealership for service and find your original sales person still working there. Then you grump about the vehicle you have, Robbie and Brandon educate me, then work so hard and fast to get me into the right size vehicle in production now, but not back in 2013. I am sure a lot of people would find it silly to fuss over 10-15 extra inches. But the dog has made it clear size matters! Now that stupid medical cooler can go in the very back, and she can ride in the seat with the shades drawn, cool and comfortable. Thank you Robbie and Brandon for your time and attention to detail! After deciding to buy the vehicle, everything was extremely unorganized. Instead of letting us know what they needed from us at the beginning, the constant need for different paperwork from us added at least an hour to the process, if not more. 2. We did NOT agree to the Luxcare to be added to the loan. It was added to our loan and they didn't let us know until after the whole loan process was completed. 3. They needed additional items from us in order to release our license plates, so we drove all the way back to Fond du Lac the next day, and they couldn't find our license plates. 4. After the third trip to Fond du Lac, and standing in the middle of the showroom floor for 10 minutes being completely ignored, it was another 20 minutes to get the license plates. 5. Every question we asked required the salesperson to run back to the finance office instead of just sitting us in the office to begin with. Also, the salesperson was required to give a brief overview of the vehicle before leaving the parking lot and did not know how to open the hood. More
