I did not think I would be able to get a Brand new SUV in my price range! He very kindly answered all my questions and I had many! I even liked that I was able to follow up with him! More

The Place to Meet A Friend We were ushered to the 2006 Highlander Limited by friendly Kaitlyn, who handed us the key and told us to try it out and come back. When we returned, she shared our excitement in the car's performance, and that we wanted to purchase it. Kaitlyn went through each detail, each form and all the areas which we may choose to take care of (very few), since this vehicle was sold "as is." She went through the contract, and listened carefully when we told her what we wanted and what we chose not to have, and she honored each request. Kaitlyn worked closely with the business manager so there would be nothing missed, and we were really impressed. After the purchase she maintained contact while the service department was preparing it for our final acceptance and ownership. Kaitlyn was delightful during the entire time, and she took us to the Bay to have our pictures taken, and then carefully explained things inside, under the hood, and in the back, as well as under the car where the spare tire is kept. She encouraged us to go through the large vehicle manual, and if we had any questions, to give her a call so she could help in any way. We can honestly say we have never had such a wonderful experience as this anywhere in purchasing a vehicle. Although we are from another territory and did not know this dealer/service department reputation, we do now (since we found the vehicle through USAA). We will have no problem in highly recommending Van Horn to other friends and relatives, and in particular, to Kaitlyn's excellent care. More

Because of my credit issues, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to afford the truck. The staff at Van Horn Hyundai of Fon du Lac went out of their way to make my experience excellent. They were very kind and I was able to drive away with this luxury truck the same day! They worked really hard to stay in my budget but also get me into something that I loved. I will definitely come back when I'm in the market for my next vehicle, and I will recommend them to all of my family and friends. I live about an hour away, and it was well worth the drive! Another Happy Customer! I called them on 3/5/2015 and I told them what I was looking for in a vehicle and they said that they could help me out. I went down there on my day off which was on 03/10/2015 and I picked up my 2015 Hyundai Sonata SE and I was extremely happy. I got the vehicle in the payment amount that I wanted to spend every month. Great people, great financing and great atmosphere. They did an awesome job and this is my third time purchasing from them. Great Experience This is our first Hyundai and we visited two in the Milwaukee area and were not happy with either experience. We then decided to check out Van Horn. I This is our first Hyundai and we visited two in the Milwaukee area and were not happy with either experience. We then decided to check out Van Horn. I wish we would have gone there first! We worked with Robby and then with Mike in finance. The whole experience from emailing Robby prior to our visit to driving away in our new Santa Fe was wonderful. I can't say enough great things about Van Horn and we love our new SUV. More
