Kevin was very helpful, but not very knowledgeable about the vehicle or leasing a vehicle. He admitted that ours was the first lease he had done. The price on the car I purchased was great, and I got what I wanted for my trade-in but that's where it ended. The finance department took over 2 weeks to get my loan straightened out, claiming they were what I wanted for my trade-in but that's where it ended. They also needed me to intervene in getting the payoff of my previous car handled, and what was troubling is this was nearly 1.5 months after the sale was completed. Being that I purchased my car late in the evening after a long day, I left my garage door opener in my trade-in. They offered to send it back to me, but used a courier service and provided no address on the label. It look a week to get to me, and I had to chase down the driver. I'm happy with the deal I got but would not go back based solely on my experience. More
