Prep guy left car filthier, than when test drove., disturbing Whitespots on INSIDE of windshield, in direct line of sight. Had to use glass cleaner to remove. , Unacceptable.. waited 1.5 hours, for pr disturbing Whitespots on INSIDE of windshield, in direct line of sight. Had to use glass cleaner to remove. , Unacceptable.. waited 1.5 hours, for prep, and it was worse. Water spots everywhere on exterior also. Was literally worse, than when test drove, before purchase. Sales, and finance process was 5 star. Asked for 40 psi. In tires,,not done either. One star for non English speaking prep hombre. More

I was happy with service , but not the new sale of car, I asked for free life time oil when I purchase the car because I traded in my Elentra 2018 with that free service from van horn they said no , than abo asked for free life time oil when I purchase the car because I traded in my Elentra 2018 with that free service from van horn they said no , than about a week later I found out van horn bought the dealership and was giving free lifetime oil change with purchase of car and I wrote them about my purchase and that they should of told me they were changing hands to van horn , I would of waited they never wrote back , so not happy I missed out on the free oil changes for my new car that I bought that week when van horn bought them out Maybe they will fix that so I can purchase more cars from them I will be hopefull Update Very happy fixed Thank you More
