Had a super smooth purchase of my vehicle. Veronica was very helpful the entire time as well as Rob, who I talked to on the days Veronica was off. The shipment of my vehicle and papers went quick through the mail. Taxes and fees were made clear from the start, no hidden fees, which was fantastic. The one and only thing I will say is, to start there was a $500 delivery fee for my vehicle from 4 hours away, when I was about to have another vehicle delivered from 10 hours away for $300. Rob said he would do the delivery for $300. It was not until the day before delivery that I found out the cheaper option meant my car being driven to me. Meaning my brand new car that had 30mi on it at purchase now has over 300 miles on it. I was upset I was not notified sooner that the cheaper option meant different type of delivery. Aside from that I still highly recommend this dealership! More
