The vehicle involved in the transaction was a Mercedes-Maybach. According to the family, the additional $11,800 charge for an extended service contract was added to the purchase agreement during the closing process. They state that the coverage was presented in a way they now believe was misleading and unnecessary for the vehicle purchased. The family alleges that multiple dealership representatives were involved in the transaction, including Geo Chavez, Eric Loess, Sal Slika, and Sagar. They claim that the terms of the service contract were not clearly explained and that they were pressured into finalizing the deal. “We trusted the dealership and believed we were being treated fairly,” the family said in a statement. “After reviewing the paperwork more carefully, we discovered we had been charged $11,800 for a service contract we did not fully understand and did not believe we needed.” The family is now seeking accountability and urging other consumers to carefully review all finance and service contract documents before signing, particularly in high-value vehicle purchases. The lack of communication from this dealership is beyond frustrating, and their failure to follow through on their promises is completely unacceptable. I leased a 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from this dealership last month, with a clear agreement that they would cover certain items on my previous lease. I immediately contacted the dealership last Saturday, expecting a quick resolution, but here I am, 6 days later, after 15 phone calls and still no resolution. Not a single supervisor has called me back, despite my repeated attempts to get in touch. The lack of communication from this dealership is beyond frustrating, and their failure to follow through on their promises is completely unacceptable. It’s been an absolute nightmare dealing with them, and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I can't believe that if call and choose the option to speak with Salesperson I can speak with someone right away but when I need to speak with a Finance Manager or Supervisor no one is to be found. *WILL UPDATE IF ISSUES ARE RESOLVED* UPDATE 19feb25: Finance Manger said that Sales Manager Jose was the one who told him to add the TINT Fee since all their Cars are tinted. The car definitely does NOT have 3rd party Tint on it. It only has the Manufacturer glass tint. Awaiting a call from Jose to further discuss a resolution 16feb25: BEWARE OF FINANCE MANAGER OR SALES MANAGER ADDING RANDOM FEES AT SIGNING! We had a good experience with choosing a vehicle and negotiating an Out the Door (OTD) Price. However, the Finance manager Miguel added a NON-TAXABLE "Tint" fee of over $2000 at signing and played it off as Bank fees but that it would not change the Finance amount and OTD amount. When I asked him what the total amount financed would be he stated that it was the amount that we had agreed to with the Sales Manager. I told him the amount and he said yes I was correct. After our purchase, we reviewed our document closely and saw that the "Tint" Fee of over $2000 was added in addition to the OTD price we had agreed on. When I spoke with another finance manager they said that they would work with Miguel but that it could of been a Finance Fee but wasn't sure. Why would a finance fee be labeled as a Non-Taxable "Tint" Fee? Very Sketchy and fraudulent practice. As mentioned, i am currently working with the Office for a resolution and will update this review with the outcome. More
