Had really good experiences with Yohana in the service dept. My car needed service twice in Nov 2021 due to a recall and a separate issue she brought to my attention. Yohana was very helpful and let me know both issues were covered at no cost to me. She arranged loaners, always kept conscious of my time and called me when the car was ready. She also informed me a headlight lamp did not need to be replaced as I'd requested because it just wasn't making contact & they fixed it. That saved me about $175 since I'd planned to replace both headlight lamps. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and Yohana's personal attention and professionalism. More

I had the reverse switch assembly replaced. The next day I noticed the new assembly was loose when shifting into reverse. I removed the new assembly and compared it to the old part (which, thankfully, was I noticed the new assembly was loose when shifting into reverse. I found an installation clip had not been transferred from the old assembly to the new assembly so I did that myself. Unfortunately the new assembly is still loose so I have some more work to do to find out why and to correct it. More
