I purchased the 2020 truck because it was exactly what we were looking for and the advertised price was fair. However, the mandatory Tire, ELO GPS and Protection package add $2500 to the selling price before were looking for and the advertised price was fair. However, the mandatory Tire, ELO GPS and Protection package add $2500 to the selling price before Tax. This is something many dealers do, adding wheel locks, protection packages etc., even to new cars. I was able to negotiate it down a bit but the buying process goes through the usual back and forth. "Will try to convince my manager, he owes me,,,etc" In the end I bit the bullet because it was still a good deal and no similar car available anywhere in the area. The Finance Manager did a good job. He obviously tried to sell an extended warranty but was not pushing it. The sales rep is not on the list, Josch did a good job, he clearly likes cars but has to follow the sales rules, see above. The actual dealing and paper work was tedious, there were add-ons that were not requested by me, GPS, Upholstery cleaning and some tire service- that added $2,000 dollars to the contract. Andrew was great at meeting us half way and working it out so that we did purchase the truck. He was very professional and patient during the dealing and going back and forth to the manager. We are happy with the experience and our purchase. More
