Yohana was very nice and got me in and out quickly. The service department is always great. Usually I have Danny help me, but he wasn’t available when I brought in my car. But Yohana was just as pleasant. service department is always great. Usually I have Danny help me, but he wasn’t available when I brought in my car. But Yohana was just as pleasant. I have been getting my car serviced here since I purchased it in 2013 and have always been extremely satisfied for the work done on my car. Thanks! More

Charged me for a bunch of extras that they didn’t tell me. Ended up paying over 4,000 dollars than I expected. Wasnt told until I got the finance bill. Would prefer a more straight up place. They used wor me. Ended up paying over 4,000 dollars than I expected. Wasnt told until I got the finance bill. Would prefer a more straight up place. They used words like promotion and included and had me sign on a computer without any numbers. Wasn’t aware I was being charged extra for these “included promotions” Will never buy a car here again. Neither will any of my friends or family. I at the time thought they were really friendly. In the end a car that was listed for 13,500 ended up costing me Almost 19,500. How does that make any sense? The main problem is in the finance department. I called to talk to the person and they said she was there. Then it went to her voicemail. I called back 5 minutes later and “she wasn’t in” buyer beware. They should be straight forward about what they are charging you instead of ramping it up to make more off of interest off of you. It’s sad. I financed through capital one and the estimated extra fees and license said it should have been around 1,600 dollars. They got me for over 4,000 and without my knowledge. I should have never told them it was my first time financing. More
Great customer service. Our sales man Rudy, was very cooperative and worked with us to get the car we wanted. Finance manger Mike was also informative. I have mixed feelings regarding the service that I received at this dealership. On one hand, the price of my vehicle was well below others on the market, and when we finally got to speak with someone received at this dealership. On one hand, the price of my vehicle was well below others on the market, and when we finally got to speak with someone interested in selling the vehicle, it was a no-haggle situation. On the other hand, I was left on "read" when texting back and forth about the price with the original salesperson with whom I was working. I don't know if it was because I'm a female or because I asked for a breakdown on how the price jumped $5k from the sales advertised number to the "out-the-door" figure. It also could have been because the car I was purchasing was well below the high-end retail that the dealership normally carries. However, I do know that when my husband placed a call, things were then miraculously worked out. I would not have continued to pursue this deal if there were more options for the specific car I was seeking. When we arrived, we weren't treated rudely, but it was evident that our deal was not a priority. No chair was offered to my husband who was left standing for 30 minutes before we decided to wait outside for the finance manager. Further, although all customers were in compliance with safety protocol for Covid-19, there were salesmen walking around without masks or wearing their masks incorrectly, which made us uncomfortable. In addition, once the deal was complete and the car was delivered into my possession, no one took the time to explain the features of the vehicle to me before sending me on my way. I had to ask how to sync the blue tooth for my drive home, as it is a 90-mile commute and I needed navigation. All in all, should I decide to purchase a high-end vehicle in the future, this would not be the dealership I would revisit. I want to add that our final salesman, Andrew was a respectful, although inexperienced young man. He has much potential to grow into a professional and should be guided in the nuances of customer service to allow him to reach his potential in this profession. More
I don't appreciate being over charged for parts and labor. I was quoted $379 total. I asked for an itemized contract. I waited 15 minutes before the associate came back. He quoted me $185 for labor and labor. I was quoted $379 total. I asked for an itemized contract. I waited 15 minutes before the associate came back. He quoted me $185 for labor and $264 for the part. I found the same part online for $100. I was also told one mechanic would work on my car for 1 hour. Lawyers don't charge that kind of money. The associate told me that's the standard diagnostic and labor charge. I told them what was wrong when I made the appointment. Also 185 + 264 does not equal 379. It equals $449. I understand you have to pay your people and rent. I will never be back, even for the oil changes that were part of my purchase package. Your team is holding the stereotype of dealers over charge.
