You cannot be trusted, you tried scamming us after you made promises over the phone but told us that we were lying once we arrived. I’m telling you, you’ve got to be honest with your buyers, they are going to be back again and again if you would only treat them right. I don't know how you would think that this would earn you any points but speaking negative about the OWNER or MANAGEMENT but it pretty much lost us as customers. Unfortunately, this MICHAEL, tries to put on the halo and well it might work well for others it definitely won't work especially to those who have been in the same business. You cannot show your magic tricks to another magician. I hope you get into a new line of work, you’re a terrible sales person, I guess that’s why you keep hopping from one dealership to another. They were great in explaining to me tons of info about the electric car and giving me a huge list of information about my new vehicle. I had a great finance experience with Russ Kabrins as well who helped me get my paperwork completed in the finance department. I always recommend this dealership to my friends, I also have an Abarth and absolutely love it, and I get treated like a good friend when I'm there. Great dealer, great service, and stellar cars. No Help I have owned a 500 Sport for less than a month. It has been in for service 5 times so far. All the electrical modules were not replaced prior to the I have owned a 500 Sport for less than a month. It has been in for service 5 times so far. All the electrical modules were not replaced prior to the sale to me. I still have a minimum of3 more visits before the car is correct. The most recent development is that the headlight assemblies have 1" holes in the back due to a heap install for HID headlamp bulbs. Not repaired prior to sale. Having difficulty believing that this dealership can deliver used cars to clients with these issues excused as acceptable. Very disappointed, my sales person, and the Studio Manager have decided to estrange themselves from any further involvement in rectifying the situation. Caveat emptor More

I fell in love with the drive, the savings over gas, and the great team of Jason, Perry, Michael Passage, and Daniel Ryan. Michael was first up and spent TWO long visits and test drives (needed to bring my husband back to see if he could fit). Michael even hopped (ok, maybe not hopped) in the back WITH my husband for one test drive to really prove that if needed I could get 2 over 6 foot tall adult men in the back seat - (providing proof and lots of laughter). Signing the paperwork now and am SO excited! More
