DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY LIED TO ME TWICE. :-( I bought a vehicle from them based on information they gave me about the vehicle options. Shortly after, I found out what they told me was false :-( I bought a vehicle from them based on information they gave me about the vehicle options. Shortly after, I found out what they told me was false. I contacted them and an employee named Carla Aristizabal acknowledged the mistake, then denied it the next day. I paid over $4,000 more than what I should have been charged, and over $7,000 more than the vehicle I wanted that they told me was not an option, but it is. On 12/1/23 at 1:53 PM, the Manager Petros Zhamkochyan, Emailed me indicating I could return the vehicle, see attached. So, I immediately made a deal for the same vehicle at another dealer. Then at 6:57 PM that same day, after I had already made a new purchase, Petros Emailed me saying, "...I will not be allowed to cancel the deal...", see attached. All communications were documented in writing, now I need to pursue them for Breach of Contract. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
