The service team, including my service rep Frank and the service manager Joe, as well as the other reps I've dealt with including Dan and Yohanna, have always stepped up and gone above and beyond. In addition to doing really detail-oriented service, they've gone out of their way to make sure that I'm billed fairly, which I find unusual from a dealer perspective. This has been my primary dealer for a few years. I don't contemplate changing soon! More

First of all the salesman promised to deliver the car. Then went back on his word and he knew our address from the start. We had to pay half the fee.
