I was there for an oil change, and the Service Agent offered the 30,000 mile service for my car. Which included the oil change and other things. I ask how much it would be and he said it would be a total of $900 dollars with my service contract in use. ???? Makes no sense that I should pay that when you would think the service contract would have you save money. That’s a whole down payment on a car. Basically $1000 dollars because they always add extra fees when you go back for your car. The agents want to make their commission and I know that but cmon $900 with this pandemic, no thanks I’ll keep my money. My service contract did cover my oil change and multipoint inspection/tire rotation. I’d love to pay $900 but I have the smallest jeep suv not a Mercedes or bmw. Bye 👋 More

The service here was terrible. They kept my car for days and then told me I was fine. The next day i tried to start my car and it wouldn’t move. One of the worst dealerships to get serviced. Took my 2500 Ram for a recall and replace a side mirror that needed to be replaced when it was bought. Just the fact that they were trying to hide their error was enough for me to not recommend or bring my vehicle here. More
