I came for service asking to change the antenna. There was no signal to XM radio or navigation. Service claimed it was not the antenna it was the radio it took them over 45 days to get the radio install i was no signal to XM radio or navigation. Service claimed it was not the antenna it was the radio it took them over 45 days to get the radio install it and still say no problem if something else. They claimed it was because of an accident and because the doors were damaged that’s why there is no radio signal. I kept telling them it’s the antenna, I even asked to pay for it just replace it they refused. I change it myself and guess what?? everything works!!!! it was the antenna! I am currently asking legal advice on how to proceed since, this car was under warranty and you refused to fix it. More

Called ahead and was told that the wait wasn’t long for an oil change. Dropped my car off to find out that it was still a 2 hour wait.
