They had my car for over a week without offering a loaner/rental. The communication between staff was almost pathetic, in fact they tried to return me my car without completing the work and replacing loaner/rental. The communication between staff was almost pathetic, in fact they tried to return me my car without completing the work and replacing the necessary parts. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because after my husband got involved they completed all the necessary work and my car has been running fine. So for that I will give them a few stars but other than that they really need to get it together. More
