When I first took my Jeep in for diagnostic, the shop foreman (who I regretfully have forgotten his name) was great. He took my problem seriously (which Glendale Jeep did not) and immediately ordered the foreman (who I regretfully have forgotten his name) was great. He took my problem seriously (which Glendale Jeep did not) and immediately ordered the part required. I was assigned to Benny as a service advisor and that is where I became disappointed. I don't even recall speaking to him the first day and the couple of times I called before my appointment he was not available and never returned my call. When I brought my Jeep for the appointment he did not listen to me the first I told him that it had already been diagnosed and the part ordered. He read the case notes to me what sounded like the first time ever. In addition to the repair (it was a warranty repair, faulty sensor) I asked for an oil change and tire rotation since one of the tires was 5 psi lower than the others. I also asked for help with a loaner or a rental, but he gave me no help and I arranged it on my own through Midway and Crystler customer care, When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed the tire was still low. They did not do a rotation and even noted they did a full inspection, including tire pressure. There was another note of me asking them to do the rotation, but clearly, the problem was never addressed. I'm not sure what Benny's responsibilities are as a service advisor, but I did not feel serviced or advised by him. The actual repair was great and most the people I have met there are nice and competent, I will just request a different service advisor next time. More
