The information I was given for my car’s check up was vague and incomplete. I asked the service Rep for a copy of the results, which he declined to provide. I paid for the service, therefore, I feel it should of been provided, for clarification purposes the rep that I dealt with when I picked up my car was not Rogelio. I also had a retirement gift in the car that somehow apparently got run over. The car was filthy with pine needles, I didn’t expect a car was, but the service was extremely unprofessional, to say the least. I would like to know how to file a complaint regarding the damaged notebook. Thank you. More

They had my car for over a week without offering a loaner/rental. The communication between staff was almost pathetic, in fact they tried to return me my car without completing the work and replacing loaner/rental. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because after my husband got involved they completed all the necessary work and my car has been running fine.
