Unfortunately I got the "hemi tick" and needed an interior panel fixed, so I figured I would take it to the pros. First time I turned in my truck it was hard to get an update on the status but I roll interior panel fixed, so I figured I would take it to the pros. First time I turned in my truck it was hard to get an update on the status but I rolled with it. Finally got the call my vehicle was ready when it wasn't and had to stick around for it to get washed. Do not let them wash your vehicle, it was done poorly and smelled like they used an oil rag to wipe the interior. That smell stuck around for about a month. During this time my vehicle was supposed to have an interior panel changed out but the techs broke the new panel so I was informed that in about a week I would have to return. I waited for their call that never came and after a month went by I started to have engine trouble and a stalled vehicle. More than likely due to a fuel pump relay that was replaced due to a recall. The engine trouble mentioned the camshaft in the code so I'm sure its related to the work they did as well. Once again I am back to the service department and now that I need a vehicle I can't get an update on when my truck will be ready. This is a warranty job so I should be getting a rental but can't even start the process because I could never get a hold of anyone that can help me out. This is the closest location to me but I'm regretting the decision to come here. Just my experience and bad luck so far. Update: it's been 6 months since my Jeep was turned in to get fixed. The manager hector Herrera is now handling my case and getting a hold of him is even harder than the service representative that handled the case before. I need to email another manager named Mike Asatryan just to get hector to respond. That right there is terrible by itself. Stay away from this dealership. More
