The service department was great: professional, courteous and efficient. But the computer system in the jeep has been unstable. 1/3 of times, it won't recognize the phone when I plug the phone in with UBS. and efficient. I also received a strange call from the sales/finance department to trick me into buying the jeep without asking me how I liked the vehicle or explaining to me my options for the possible purchase. The guy simply asked, "Did Jose call you to tell you about your finance?" I told me I was unaware of any financing. He replied that he could offer me a good deal and I should take it. I asked him what for. He kept saying to finance my jeep as if I bought my jeep instead of leasing it. I finally told him that I didn't buy a car, only took my leased car for service. He said he knew but I should buy it. I don't appreciate aggression and dishonest. More

Kept my car for nearly three days for a 30K service without ever telling me it would take that long. Had no courtesy vehicles. Told me to get a rental car that would be fully reimbursed but Jeep is n without ever telling me it would take that long. Had no courtesy vehicles. Every time I enter the door I feel like I’m an enemy to everyone behind the counter. As a whoke It is not a welcoming place to walk into.
