Typically servicing my jeep is a smooth process - this time was drastically different. There were so many unattended cars I was not able to pull into the service area, I had to leave my car in the drivewa time was drastically different. There were so many unattended cars I was not able to pull into the service area, I had to leave my car in the driveway and flag someone down for assistance. Fortunately Matthew recognized that I was arriving for service and approached my vehicle and provided with me some assistance. The service office personnel did not address me until I said hello to them. My service advisor was taking a personal call before assisting me - if you need to address some personal matters step out of customers view. Please note that only one of 6 service advisors were with a customer when I was next in line. My service advisor did not even give me his name - per the certificate on the wall behind him he could be “Vahe” but I don’t know. He did nothing with a smile and moved very slowly which I just found more frustrating given the whole experience thus far. When I returned for my car, he was on lunch at his desk so he was able to call for my car but unable to give me my paperwork. He assured me that he would send it over via email once he is back on the clock - I took him for his word and I still don’t have my paperwork despite calling and following up. The boy who helped me get into my car, made me walk with him to my car and didn’t even try to pull it out of the spot - he needs serious training on customer service. I am extremely disappointed with this service center and will not return. I also want my paperwork. More
