Went for an oil change and recall notice. Vahe scheduled me 2 weeks later with my oil already at 0% said to wait. I waited and he only did the recall and not the oil change that he scheduled me for. Very ba me 2 weeks later with my oil already at 0% said to wait. I waited and he only did the recall and not the oil change that he scheduled me for. Very bad communicator and did not care for his mistake or try to fix it or resolve the issue SOMEONE ELSE had to help me and take over because Vahe does not care for his job. More

They took my work van in, found a speed sensor issue. Charged more for the parts and labor $225 than Rydell in San Fernando at $185. What a ripoff, had the work van for 12 days. Always an excuse. To replace speed sensors, 2 hours for one, 1 hour for the other, they charged 3.5 hours, cost for speed sensors were not broken down, over $100 more. Never again at Westbrook! I had a feeling that this dealership was not up front with customers. More
