Took in one of my fleet’s Ram for an airbag recall. They fixed the recall(so they claim) but cracked open the dashboard. I followed up a few days after cos they weren't calling back as promised but got vma fixed the recall(so they claim) but cracked open the dashboard. I purchased my used Jeep Cherokee Sport from them & I no longer have a service contract with them. I had just bought a new vehicle (not from them) and the back piece inside the trunk was not right. Benny was amazing, ordered me a new one and Jad installed it! Service was horrible. Dealership couldn’t even solve or work on the issue I went for. Alex was my service advisor. Alex said someone would call me to remove my after market alarm system within a week but n work on the issue I went for. Alex was my service advisor. Terrible. The service advisor had a poor attitude, did not complete the work, and then tried to rip me off. I brought in my Jeep Wrangler for two recall issues and a check engine light. When I asked about the status of my car a day later, I could not reach my service advisor either by phone or text message. I had to go in person to discover the status of my car. Then, he tells me I would have spend $1,700 to remove a cylinder head because they could not discover the problem with the car. (That is ridiculous since I brought the car to the dealership to discover the reason for the check engine light. I then ask for my vehicle back after being assured the recall issues have been complete. When I pick up the car, there is an airbag in it’s container in the passenger seat. I ask the dealership driver the reason the part is in the passenger seat and not installed. He states he does not know and asks the service advisor who then has it installed. This is the worst and most incompetent secondary e I have ever received at any dealership am I will never go back to your dealership. More
