Terrible. The service advisor had a poor attitude, did not complete the work, and then tried to rip me off. I brought in my Jeep Wrangler for two recall issues and a check engine light. When I asked abo not complete the work, and then tried to rip me off. I brought in my Jeep Wrangler for two recall issues and a check engine light. When I asked about the status of my car a day later, I could not reach my service advisor either by phone or text message. I had to go in person to discover the status of my car. Then, he tells me I would have spend $1,700 to remove a cylinder head because they could not discover the problem with the car. (That is ridiculous since I brought the car to the dealership to discover the reason for the check engine light. I then ask for my vehicle back after being assured the recall issues have been complete. When I pick up the car, there is an airbag in it’s container in the passenger seat. I ask the dealership driver the reason the part is in the passenger seat and not installed. He states he does not know and asks the service advisor who then has it installed. This is the worst and most incompetent secondary e I have ever received at any dealership am I will never go back to your dealership. More

Both were very at representative which helped me. *** Both, Alex and Mike are 5 stars reps and were professional. I was helped by Alex and Mike A. Both were very attentive and well communicative. 1st - I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in on Saturday. Alex did set up the expectation that the car won't be ready until Tuesday due to the long memorial weekend we had. Well appreciated. When I arrived to pick up the car, Mike released the car to me, and everything went well. I do not understand how a 2019 vehicle has so many issues, between gear and a very iffy electrical system to locking and unlocking the car (the car literally unlocks itself when I am nearby, without touching the door handle). This is probably the last time getting myself into a CDJR family. More
