1. Dropped car off 7:00am Monday morning for some repairs. By Wednesday evening hadn’t heard anything, not even the quote. 2. So I had to call on Thursday and remind you that my car was with you. Your quote was nearly $10,000!!!! The car is only worth $6,000 and I knew that was a rediculous quote. No thought at all put into it. 4. Do of course I declined the work. When I came to pick up the car, the next day Friday, you told me it wasn’t ready to be picked up. Told me that it was in bits and still needed to be put together. So I had to wait 90 minutes to get me car. Btw, I went round the back and saw my car and it wasn’t in bits. That was a lie. 5. To get my car back I had to pay nearly $400. So a complete waste of my money. And my time. 6. I am going to file a complaint with Jeep or someone because want my money back. If you were in my shoes, wouldn’t you. 7. If you want more info, please let me know. If you want to refund my money so I don’t need to file an complaint or something, please let me know too. More

Service writer Benny is not very friendly. He didn’t set up my car rental with my warranty company as the dealership has done before. When I called for update he just tried to get me off the phone and didn’ up my car rental with my warranty company as the dealership has done before. Quick turnaround for something I thought could have been much worse. Thought it was a fuel pump, but ended up being a oil consumption issue. Advisor unable to see important notes on my customer record from date of purchase. Did not receive a call when vehicle was ready for pickup as promised. When i went back to the office to check on stat record from date of purchase. Did not receive a call when vehicle was ready for pickup as promised. When i went back to the office to check on status the advisor was gone. Another advisor informed me my vehicle had been ready for some time. Disappointing and frustrating. The redeeming part was the helpful person from the financial dept who sorted out the situation. More
