I was very unhappy with my service and unfortunately will not be returning. I came in for the first time for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Initially, Payman, the man who helped me was very abrasive not be returning. I came in for the first time for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I brushed it off however, I did not appreciate his tone or how he insisted in pointing put that I had told him my car was purple. After hours of service, i picked up my vehicle only to receive a note that the tire rotation was not completed due to a lug nut being stripped and needing to be broken. The car was in service from 9am-3pm, i was extremely disappointed that you all kept the car that long and it was not services completely. I would have expected a call to at least let me know why the rotation would not be completed or/if I was interested in the service being done at whatever cost. But instead this feels like a waste of my time. Lastly, typically when I have gotten my car serviced there is a car wash offered or complimentary. Again, the car having been in your possession that long i expected better. More

I ask to get a full syntheic oil change they told me it will be over $100 I showed them the mopar coupon full synthetic oil for 49.99. And he printed out the service contract I trusted him but when I read will be over $100 I showed them the mopar coupon full synthetic oil for 49.99. And he printed out the service contract I trusted him but when I read it said partial syntheic oil which is cheap oil for my working truck I put over 300 miles a week so I need full synthetic so I went back to him and ask him to change it to full syntheic he told me he can't change it becuase I'll lose my spot which I waited over 2hrs he said he will make sure I get full syntheic but I'm not stupid I didn't receive full syntheic and just because I didn't pay full price becuase of my coupon he gave me cheap oil like xxx More
