Got my first oil change and tire rotation. Prior to bringing my car in I noticed that the coolant level (below minimum line) and windshield washer fluid were low. After my car was ready i noticed th bringing my car in I noticed that the coolant level (below minimum line) and windshield washer fluid were low. After my car was ready i noticed that the fluids were not topped off. I brought it to their attention and after they checked it again. The refilled my washer fluid and was told that the coolant level will rise as the engine heats. True, but it was below the minimal cold level, i told them. Anyway, i shouldnt have to check that the service staff does what they say they will. Is my oil even changed? Do i have to mark my rims to make sure the tires are rotated next time? Jiffy lube is cheaper and more attentive. The staff at the counter were indifferent and looked like they didnt want ti be there. More
