One things is consistent which is poor customer service. Every time I bring my car in there is an issue with customer service. Most of the time it’s lack of follow through and under delivery of service. Thi Every time I bring my car in there is an issue with customer service. Most of the time it’s lack of follow through and under delivery of service. This time they are missing records which I knew would happen at time of lease purchase. I bought additional package to include oil change and maintenance plus the jeep wave was included. Anyways they of course say they have no record of my purchase of the maintenance package. So it’s an ongoing issue and when I call they transfer me around and around and I never get through to anyone. The only reason I a deal with them is because my maintenance package. After this lease I will not use them ever again. More

Came to visit family in Hesperia and my charger hellcat oil life was at 7%. Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge was the only Dodge dealership that was open on a Sunday that I could find. Took my car in withou oil life was at 7%. Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge was the only Dodge dealership that was open on a Sunday that I could find. Took my car in without a appointment, was told it would take 3 hours to finish. Didn’t really mind, gave me a chance to look around town. Got vehicle back, was very happy with the service and the service on my hellcat. Clean and no oil drips. Price was less expensive than if I would of done it my self. 10/10 More

No service from this dealership. Advisor wants me to do everything. When I asked status of my car. He told me he hasn't have breakfast or lunch. I'm like "what is this?" I brought my car in for instrument everything. When I asked status of my car. He told me he hasn't have breakfast or lunch. I'm like "what is this?" I brought my car in for instrument cluster lense repair, they wanted to charge $1,400 to replace my entire cluster when the parts listed on mopar site is $51. They wasted a week of my time. Now I took my car to other Jeep dealership, I get service and being respected. Westbrook Jeep is a joke. More
