They attempted to sell me new tires saying that those that I had were unfixable (two of them kept deflating). I ended up taking my vehicle to a tire shop and they charged me $20 to get the two nails out that I had were unfixable (two of them kept deflating). He said yes, if I want to wait 4 hours. We made an appointment for Tuesday. I also let him know that last time I was there they had to top off coolant and it's low again . .So he said he will check out . Then I let him know of a couple other concerns I had Vahe wrote them all down and said they need acouple days. Vahe called me Thursday and said van is ready for pick up ! Plus he found two more items he repaired that I didn't even know about!! Then I started the van for the first time and drove the van home Never had my Dodge sound so good !! Quieter,smoother,and more powerfull than ever before !!! The 2 other issues they found defently made my van better than the first day I bought it. Vahe is great at,understanding my mechanical issues and concerns. I use to be a mechanic/tecnition and can tell you this place did repair work competently and properly with respect to my vehicle. I love this place !! More

My service advisor was nice but for whatever reason on that day it was hard to reach anyone at the dealership. I could not get anyone to answer from sales or from service. I was not happy with the service dept. They had my car for 4 days before they called to tell me what was wrong with it. When you get there, they set-up on a text message that’s supposed to help with commu for 4 days before they called to tell me what was wrong with it. When you get there, they set-up on a text message that’s supposed to help with communication, but if you send questions through, no one ever answers them. They also started some maintenance repairs before they discussed the price with me, so I was stuck paying for something I would have not to approved otherwise. It is extremely hard to get your service advisor on the phone. It just wasn’t a good experience. More
