I went in for a diagnostic, Eddie the service representative called me and said it was gonna cost 15000 to fix and had like 30 codes,I show up and to pick up my truck they didn't want to give me representative called me and said it was gonna cost 15000 to fix and had like 30 codes,I show up and to pick up my truck they didn't want to give me the print out with codes and then he said they couldn't print them out because it was an old scanner,they offer pics of the codes after I said as long as the pics had the truck info I was ok,then 10 min later they said that the truck magically clear the codes and nothing was wrong with it,I never got my diagnostic print out and charge 195 dlls still for it,forgot he offer to buy my truck for 7000,that was weird if it was gonna cost 15000 to fix why you offer 7000,bad services, liars and they take advantage of people. More

Both repairs THIS IS A ZERO STAR RATING! I have to give 1star in order to post. Came in for a for inside door panel and radio display repair... Both repairs under warranty. Car was dropped off at 7am and was told by Hector Herrera (the "Service" Mgr) that I would get a call for an update. 430pm comes... No call from them. I call to get an update. Hector tells me that the door panel and radio display are not available. I don't know how that takes 8hrs to find out that they don't have a part available but I digress. However the problem I have with these guys is "upon inspection" it was found that I need my front brakes and rotors replaced. $4000!!! xxx? 1. I never authorized any inspection. I came in to get some parts replaced. 2. Since when does a door panel and radio display fix-it job warrant a brake inspection? 3. I had an inspection done on the brakes less than 1000 miles earlier (we are in a pandemic and I'm working from home). ALL BRAKES GREEN RATED! Now all of a sudden my brakes need replacing? I call xx. 4. My car kicks up a lot of brake dust so I actually wiped down the wheels of all the brake dust before I brought the car in. I look at the wheels at pickup... NOT A SPOT ON THEM. How are they inspecting brakes and the wheels aren't touched? I didn't even get an inspection report from them suggesting replacement or anything. Again... I call xx. They didn't check xxxx. They basically went for a complete upsell on a job they were not gonna be paid for. That is complete larceny and completely unacceptable. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE TO REPAIR YOUR CAR! At the very least question everything and sign nothing til they show you what you need. I know business is slow but you can't prey on hardworking people because you feel the need to justify a service call with a huge bill. That is just xx. More
No personality. Wouldn’t make eye contact. Poor communication. I have no idea what was done to my car. When I went to pick up my car...not nice people, couldn’t find my paperwork. I always bring my car in this location. My car broke down and I had it towed to Jeep Van Nuys. Benny picked up the phone and said he will call me back once my car arrived. He did. He called me up again down and I had it towed to Jeep Van Nuys. Benny picked up the phone and said he will call me back once my car arrived. He did. He called me up again with bad news that my extended paid warranty didn’t pay for my service. During this experience, I would call him up, email or leave a voice mail. In all instances, he would return my call. He may not have good news to share but he returned my call consistently. Thank you for your professionalism. He even explained to me in detail what happened to my car. He set up my expectations on how long the service will take. Great job!! More

Best Service I have received since I picked up my vehicle from here. I couldn’t recommend this dealership enough. I got a check engine and took my vehicle in with no appointment and hector took me in with no from here. I couldn’t recommend this dealership enough. I got a check engine and took my vehicle in with no appointment and hector took me in with no issue and kept the car for two weeks, but it was worth it and fastest work in my opinion for being so busy during COVID. I received a new supercharger on my hellcat and I couldn’t be happier with hector doing everything he could to get it back to me on time and back on the road. His communication is amazing and made sure I was up to date on every detail they found on the vehicle and throughout the work process he kept me up to date. I was stress free because he told me he would make sure I would get it back better than what it was before and I couldn’t agree more after receiving it back. The best thing was the warranty covering all the work and saving all that money and hector made sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing besides giving a signature and handing back my keys and go along my day. If you need service I recommend you bring your vehicle to Russell WestBrook CDJR of van Nuys, but most importantly make sure you book your appointment with Hector he will do everything he can to make the process smooth and make sure you’re satisfied. Every service advisor they have here is great to work with, but Hector has gone and beyond every time. I thank the dealership, but big thank you to Hector once again for everything he did and I’ll continue bringing my vehicle to this dealership for any service I’ll need and will come back to Hector for any issues I have. More
