Our company has a fleet of over 500 vehicles none of which are tracked by VIN. We always use the vehicle license tag as the unique identifier. I have as my service writer Benny to include the tag on all paperwork so we can track the vehicles visits and service but that simple requests seems to demanding for him to comply. More
Jimmy Molina the service advisor was excellent however 10~15+ sales people or staff in the sales floor/showroom/waiting area showed disregard for COVID19 6' distance rules. Took 22 month old (30,000 miles) Ram 1500 for service to resolve grinding noise in sharp turns. Determination that the rear differential needed replacement took 5 days. During the process I kept checking for updates since none were offered without prompting. On at least 4 occasions I was told I would receive a call within a specified time frame. I was never called. After being told three different time frames for the procurement of replacement parts (ranging from 3 to 30 days), I decided to risk the drive back to NC for the repair. More

I’ve gone to the dealership for maintenance on my relatively new pickup truck. The service advisers were communicative via text and call and were generally very nice and professional. I checked the prices they charged for services against a mechanic I know for a long time and trust and they check out. Slightly above market average but well within range of normal, especially considering that they are liable and must warranty their work as a dealership. More recently I had an issue with my truck that put it out of commission for a long time and was very frustrated that I was without a loaner or rental vehicle for 2 weeks before it got solved. At first I was mad and disappointed dealership and its employees, but then came Michael Gonzalez. He’s the customer relations manager, and he helped me out and went above and beyond the call of duty by giving me his own company Jeep Grand Cherokee to drive home with immediately and went to work on getting me a replacement truck. Then he even pulled through on that! Got me a temp replacement that’s even better than my own. Overall I’m very happy with my experience at Russell Westbrook Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, especially because of the efforts and care of Michael Gonzalez. More
