Horrible experience both times I have gone in. Neither time was the car washed like they said it would be. Which would be fine but do not tell me you will do that service. Last time they just sprayed tir time was the car washed like they said it would be. Which would be fine but do not tell me you will do that service. Last time they just sprayed tire shine on the tires and walked away. Literally still dripping down like gobs of icing when it was returned. I have pictures to document it all. Also they did not rotate the tires like they were supposed to. If you start cutting corners like this it makes me wonder how many things you guys don’t do properly. Avoid this shop if at all possible. More

My new vehicle was being serviced for a second time and was promised, for a second time, that it would be detailed since it was never detailed when I bought it 2 weeks ago. Just as before, my vehicle wasn’ was promised, for a second time, that it would be detailed since it was never detailed when I bought it 2 weeks ago. Just as before, my vehicle wasn’t detail when I picked up. Grease all over my hood, leather seats, and dirty floor mats with muddy foot prints. Unlike other dealership service departments who care about their customer’s property, Westbrook CJDR doesn’t use any protective barriers when they work on your vehicle, i.e. paper mats to cover your carpet or plastics to cover the seats. I highly recommend seeking service for your vehicle elsewhere. Westbrook CJDR has failed to provide top customer service and failed to uphold their promises. More

Everything is unorganized. Was told numerous times that I would get a loaner and come to find out when I walked in that the due bill was completely wrong from the get go without a loaner, and that I was goin would get a loaner and come to find out when I walked in that the due bill was completely wrong from the get go without a loaner, and that I was going to get an extra pair of wheel locks when they were already installed a week prior. Waited almost two weeks to get my windshield replaced due to a shipping issue from the dealer. Happy that I got a loaner vehicle, which was strange since it literally just came off the truck without being inspected by anyone from the dealership and still had the lockbox in the backseat.... I bought a Jeep because I've always wanted a Wrangler, but I will buy a second Jeep because the service is so great. Johnny did a great job of keeping me updated on repairs timing, getting me to/from my h but I will buy a second Jeep because the service is so great. Johnny did a great job of keeping me updated on repairs timing, getting me to/from my home and the dealership promptly, and advising on what needed to be serviced. He's courteous and professional, and very clearly knows all the in's and out's of his job, all of which made it a very pleasant experience. More
