Eddie the service writer got me in and out for my tire without a hassel. It was a much better experience than I had at Dependable Dodge which gave me a hard time and turned me away. Is there an option for 0 stars? The service department is a nightmare. They broke the latch to our Wrangler's soft top, "fixed it" but not there is air coming through. Mike wasn't willing to budge with something when our advisor was trying to help us out. It's almost as if he was trying to make our lives impossible. Then my husband was asked if he wanted our Jeep washed before getting it back. So thinking it would be a quick thing he said yes. Two hours later, he was still waiting. So note to self, don't bother going for the care wash offer. If this was the only Jeep dealer, we definitely would be getting into something else. They NEVER provide a good experience here. I'm definitely switching dealers. More

Payman was 100% friendly and nice right when I walked in. Tho my car was not fix he generously made an effort to have a mechanic come out to check it out and try to a second time for the next appointment. You have to wait long time for the service completed. And even dough nobody had notify you that it's done. After multiple point inspection it hasn't been defined that my car still has problem with a brake bo even dough nobody had notify you that it's done. After multiple point inspection it hasn't been defined that my car still has problem with a brake booster. At the end the car hasn't been washed and vacuum as it was requested. Very poor customer service. More
