You have to wait long time for the service completed. And even dough nobody had notify you that it's done. After multiple point inspection it hasn't been defined that my car still has problem with a brake bo even dough nobody had notify you that it's done. After multiple point inspection it hasn't been defined that my car still has problem with a brake booster. At the end the car hasn't been washed and vacuum as it was requested. Very poor customer service. More

The guy who helped me out was very unhelpful and almost as if I was bothering him when at the time, I saw was the only one in the service dept. Drop-off experience was horrible. Always dealing with an attitude in service or multiple salesman approaching me to upgrade my current car or buy a new one. I just wanted my car serviced - something I pay for monthly for in my car note. Each experience coming in has been an issue.. which is a complete 360 compared to the day I purchased the car.
