Tire rotation & oil change No need for appointment ... even though they were busy... my car was serviced an hour after I got there! It was initially going to take 3 hours .... Amazing I literally just showed up last second. Allen got me right and no questions asked. Did the quick service fill the windshield wiper fluid got me out in I literally just showed up last second. Over-priced I obviously knew going to the dealer was going to be expensive but $1333 for brake pads and rear rotor? That was ridiculous. However, again, I should have walked away at the price. BUT what was super displeasing is that I said yes to a car wash. I dropped the car 7:30. Pick it up around 4:30 and its not clean. The guy who dropped the car was like "oh sorry we were just slammed today. I could put it now in the back but its going to be 40 minutes". That really upset me after giving them my business and they were the ones to offer the car wash courtesy. More

Worst service department I ever been to!.. Service department employees were very rude on the phones not paying attention over all terrible service department I’ve ever been to. Don’t have to many options around me so that’s where I need to take my vehicle. It was so bad that I don’t want to purchase another ram/Dodge vehicle ever. I’ve had 3 Ram vehicles and my newest one is a 2019 and I love it but the services departments are terrible. The only helpful person working there was Oscar but have to mention it again worse service department Ever! More
